Ready-made setups you can print now
Five settings people ask the maker for most often, already built for this month. Print one as it is, or load it into the controls above and change whatever you like.
Monthly Calendar with a Notes Band
The month, and then three ruled lines under it for everything that belongs to the month rather than to one square of it: the reading list, the budget, the thing you keep meaning to book.

Every row carries its number in the year, from week one in January to week fifty two in December, and the sheet opens on Monday because that is where an ISO week begins. Print it when the rota, the sprint or the invoice is filed by week rather than by date.

Drawn at true A4 dimensions instead of a US Letter sheet squeezed to fit, so the printer keeps the margins A4 expects and the grid keeps its full width. The one to pick anywhere outside North America.

No illustration across the top and no public holidays shaded in, which leaves the largest writing area of any sheet here and no assumption about which country you are in. Ink you were not going to use, removed.

Turned on its side so each day box is roughly twice as wide as it is tall, which is the shape you want when you write a sentence into a day instead of a word, or when the fridge door is wider than it is high.

Pick a month and a year in the controls above, choose one of the 12 designs, then set the week start, the holidays and the paper size. Add your own title if you want one. The preview redraws as you change each option, and the Download button gives you a print-ready PDF or a PNG. It takes about a minute and there is no sign-up.
What can I customize?
Create a dated monthly calendar, a blank fill-in template for chores or meal planning, a Monday or Sunday week start, US or Spain holidays, week numbers for work, or a notes section for your plans. Choose one of 12 designs, add your own title, and build a calendar that is yours.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Calendar Maker free, and do I need an account?
The Calendar Maker is free and there is no account, no email and no sign-up. Build the calendar, press Download, and the PDF is yours. Nothing is watermarked and nothing is held back behind a login. What you build is free for personal and classroom use.
Can I make a calendar for a month that has not happened yet?
Yes. The year selector covers this year and the next two, so you can build a calendar up to two years ahead. You can also choose "Blank (no dates)" instead of a month, which gives you an undated grid that never expires and works as a chore chart or a meal planner.
What can I change in the design?
Ten designs, a Monday or Sunday week start, United States or Spain holidays or none at all, US Letter or A4 paper, and your own title of up to 40 characters. Three switches turn the illustration, the week numbers and the notes lines on or off. The preview updates the moment you change any of them.
What file do I get, and can I print it at home?
You get a print-ready vector PDF, or a PNG if you want an image instead. Both download straight to your device. The PDF is vector, so it stays crisp at Letter, A4 or a larger size, and it prints on a normal home printer without any special paper.
