Licensing Policy

Every printable calendar and planner on Pretty Calendars is original work: we design the layouts, draw the illustrations and typeset every PDF ourselves, and we hold the copyright to all of it. The same applies to the calendars you build with the Calendar Maker: the design remains ours, and your download is covered by this same license. This page explains, in plain words, what you may and may not do with the files.

What you can do, for free

Download and print any calendar or planner for yourself and your family, as many copies as you like.
Use them in your classroom: teachers may print full class sets for students, hang them on the classroom wall and include them in take-home folders.
Print them for your office, club, church group or community space.
Use the Calendar Maker to build custom calendars and print those too, for the same personal and classroom purposes.
Share a link to any page of this site anywhere you like: blogs, newsletters, social media, school portals.

What you cannot do

Re-upload our files to another website, app, marketplace or file-sharing service, whether free or paid. Link to the page instead.
Sell the files, or sell printed products made from them.
Present our calendars or planners as your own work, or remove the site name from the PDFs.

Attribution

You do not have to credit us to print and use the calendars. If you feature them in a roundup, a blog post or a newsletter, a link back to the page you are featuring is appreciated and is all we ask.
