You are welcome to download and print our calendars for personal, family, classroom and office use, at no cost. Please do not resell the files or claim them as your own. By using prettycalendars.com you accept the terms on this page.

The files

The full list of what you may and may not do with a downloaded calendar is on the license page, and that page is part of these terms. In short: print as many copies as you like for yourself, your family, your class or your office, and link to any page you want to share.

The Calendar Maker

The Calendar Maker is offered as it is, for your own use. A calendar you build there falls under the same license as the ready-made ones. You are responsible for the title you type into it.

Dates and holidays

The calendars are provided as they are, and while we work hard to keep every date and holiday correct, we cannot accept liability for errors. Each language shows one national set of holidays: United States, Spain, Germany or Brazil. Regional and local holidays are not marked, so check them against an official source before you plan a school term or a shift pattern around them. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

Using the site

Please do not try to get around security checks, overload the service or use the site in a way that breaks the law or someone else's rights. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the site online and every file working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Pages and designs may be added, changed or withdrawn. If these terms change, the date below changes with them, and using the site after that means you accept the new version.
