Printable Work Calendar
Six work-calendar structures for different planning horizons, from the annual roadmap to a team leave grid. Each is undated, so the file stays useful.
Want to make it your own?
Add your own title (Meal Plan, Chores, Habit Tracker), switch the week start, choose a design, turn holidays on or off, or start from a blank template. Build it in the Calendar Maker and download your custom PDF.
Choose the horizon before the design
An annual sheet answers when; a project sheet answers who owns the next milestone. The six downloads separate those jobs instead of forcing one crowded calendar to do all of them.
What each work sheet holds
The annual work plan shows January to December as twelve small blocks, enough to pencil in a launch month or an audit. The quarterly plan splits the page into Quarter 1 through Quarter 4. On the monthly work plan you get four boxes for goals, weeks, meetings and notes. The milestone calendar is a table with columns for milestone, owner, date and status, while the deadline calendar tracks each deliverable with its due date, priority and a done tick. The team leave calendar lists every team member against January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.
Built for meetings and handoffs
Use the quarterly plan for goals, the deadline table for deliverables and the leave grid before assigning coverage. All have writing space sized for an ordinary pen.
Which work calendar should a small team print first?
Start with the team leave calendar if holiday cover is the usual headache, because one row per person shows the gaps before anyone books a flight. If the trouble is missed handoffs, print the milestone calendar instead and fill in the owner column during the meeting, while everyone is still in the room.
Pinned by the kettle or kept in a folder
Office managers keep the leave grid on the staff noticeboard. Freelancers with three clients tend to like the deadline table, and a head of department planning the school year usually reaches for the annual sheet. Each of the six comes in a different design, so they are easy to tell apart when several hang side by side. Every file is a single page: print it at actual size, or pick fit to page if your printer is loaded with A4.
Undated and reusable
Print a fresh copy when a project changes. For dated months use the monthly calendar, or build a custom page in the calendar maker. When reports are due by week number, the calendar with ISO week numbers sits well next to the leave grid, and the dated quarterly calendar covers three months at once.
Elsie Wren Founder & Editor
Elsie founded Pretty Calendars and curates every design herself. She plans each month and style, reviews and refines every layout, prints and checks each PDF on both A4 and US-Letter, and reads every message from the contact form. Her rule: if a calendar is not clean, easy to write on, and correct to the last date, it does not get published.
